6.Internal precision traverse： stepper motor + precision ball screw traverse, through PLC precise calculation, guarantee The wiring accuracy, and the wiring width and row spacing are set on the touch screen at real time ,no need to stop adjustment, reduce downtime and improve production efficiency.
7.Laser detection: two sets of laser sensor heads are added to the precision wire sliding table, through the setting of the distance between the wire guide wheel and the laser sensor head, it can detect the position of the stranded wires in real time, and when the stranded wires are rowed to the edge of the bobbin, it will change the direction of the stranded wires automatically, thus solving the common problem of rows of wires being out of line and piles of wires.
8.Electric screw up and down, screw lifting drive shaft to the force, can be self-locking, high positioning accuracy, easy to operate up and down disc, long life.
9.Main shaft test temp device:when the main shaft is in abnormal heating or as machine is in not good ventilation,main shaft temp over pass the setting temp,machine will automatically alarm and stopped.
