Pre-sales

2. Free installation and commissioning, providing customers with product analysis and process flow according to customer needs, and providing technical support to produce qualified products. 

On sale

1. Timely delivery: in strict accordance with the provisions of the contract, provide users with satisfactory products in a timely manner. 
2. Product details: before the product is delivered, send the product-related configuration information to the customer, so that the customer can know the product delivery details in advance. Anything not covered shall be agreed by both parties and put into writing. 
3. Safe delivery: when the product is delivered, the delivery personnel are responsible for the safe delivery and unloading of the product to the customer's location; Provide technical training for customers free of charge.

After-sales service

1. Quality tracking: After the product is delivered, the after-sales service is responsible for tracking the product quality. 
2. Installation and commissioning services: provide customers with installation and commissioning services related to equipment connection. 
3. Installation and commissioning guidance: provide customers with technical guidance needed for installation and commissioning. 
4. Processing time of quality problems: when the products are delivered to the customers, the after-sales service personnel will remotely assist in solving the problems such as product quality and operation, and rush to the site within 24 hours.
