■ Advantages of the machine：
1.The machine is a new product developed by our company, which completely replaces the products produced by Model 400 tube strander, especially for the production of 1+6 conductor regular stranding and power cord core cabling products. It is mainly used for stranding 7-strand BV wires or flexible strands or compact wires, and its output is 4.5 times that of Model 400 tube strander. At the same time, it has the advantages of energy saving, small floor space and low noise.
2.Electronic pitch, permanent magnet synchronous servo motor drives the traction wheel, and the required pitch is set in the touch screen without changing the pitch wheel or gear.
3.Electronic cable laying, servo motor drives the cable laying, and the width and spacing of the cable can be adjusted in the touch screen without stopping the operation.
4.Servo motor winding, stable tension, electronic precise control.
