4.Intelligent constant tension control system (optional): Through high-precision tension closed-loop control system, the internal take-up tension is constant from empty disk to full disk; Solve the quality problems of copper wire stretching caused by the increase of winding diameter, the difficulty of starting half-reel and the untimely tension tracking in the previous stranding machine; At the same time, the take-up tension is automatically adjusted according to the set tension value.
5.Automatic oil supply system: The program is set to automatically refuel at regular intervals, which is not affected by the environment, and can provide oil at regular intervals and quantitatively, so as to prevent bearing damage caused by untimely refueling; It prevents the lubricant from deteriorating. From the oil pump to the refueling point, the lubricant will not contact the outside air, thus preventing the lubricant from deteriorating and mixing with impurities.
