Gas soft nitriding + post-oxidation composite treatment is a new chemical heat treatment process, which is based on the nitriding surface hardening treatment, and then an oxidation treatment, the purpose is to cover a layer of about 2 on the surface of the ε white bright compound layer. The micron-thick black Fe3O4 film makes the surface of the workpiece not only have high hardness and wear resistance, but also has excellent corrosion resistance.
